Flaming Leadership is a three month weekly programme which gets you to step ignite into your full self, blaze in your now and become the beacon in your organisation or mission. Designed for people of this world who don’t fit the old mould, this programme doesn’t do anything the old way. It does everything in a very new and very organic way, with its people at the heart of it.
I have designed Flaming Leadership from a place of ambition and a drive for leaders to step into their skin, voice, story, purpose and to cut the waffle and tokenistic narrative completely. Flaming leaders listen. Flaming leaders collaborate. Flaming leaders speak up. Flaming leaders have integrity.
Flaming leaders work hard, play hard, and push hard.
My aim is to create a cohort of voices from the under-represented, those who are ready to step forward and pick up the torch. We need a new approach.
My aim is to address the 17 UN Sustainable Goals and use them as our compass – where can they go now and who can help to drive them post-Covid?
I’ll take a maximum of 20 individuals per intake which means you can’t hide and you’re in it for the long haul. You’ll be fully responsible, you’ll be expected to work hard and you’ll have to work out of your comfort zone.
This programme will begin in September 2020.
